The basis for us collecting the information above is to fulfil our legal/contractual obligations to process and dispatch orders. Most the of the information is given directly as part of the ordering process (online account setup or over the phone). Other information regards website/social media usage and/or interests are gained through interactions with us. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. Most of this information is either non-identifiable within Cookies (See our Cookie Policy) or publicly available.

Security

As part of our procedures; any information that is more than 12 months old will be cleansed. Only transactional information will be kept for the legally required period (5 years). Once this has expired this will be securely destroyed.
